During the month of February, we’ll be distributing quilt blocks for children to color in at home. Once colored in, blocks can be brought back to the library to be pieced together in a ‘quilt’ that will be displayed in our children’s play area window.

Use our Padlet to share a meaningful expression of black history as it relates to you and your life. Maybe you have a favorite memory to express, a book or quote you have read, a poem or story. You can also post a piece of art, a video or a movie title here. Our collective experiences and knowledge will help build greater understanding of each other as we celebrate Black History Month together.
